I love Salmon... I can't never get enough of it! Dr, Oz says is good for you too! well I guess you have to be a Little concern about the mercury and all that, but still I LOVE, love Salmon my husband on the other does not like it! but I have to come up with some sneaky ways to put salmon on the menu and disguise the very strong fish flavor, so I make "Salmon Patties" with is my version of Salmon burger.
I start with a little over a pound of fresh, center cut, totally clean piece of salmon.
I cut a quarter of the salmon, 2 Table Spoons of lemon dill sauce (it can be mayonnaise, and add some dill and squeeze one lemon), 3/4 cup of bread crumbs and 1 Tbs of olive oil, puree on the food processor.
Cut the rest of the salmon into little squares and mix with the puree, salt and pepper to your taste, and start making patties of salmon, (use more bread crumbs if needed to make it stick but do not to over do it!)

If you are a homemaker, chances are you hear that question almost every day, sometimes when you haven't even finish cleaning the kitchen after lunch! (at least I know I do hear that very often!) .
I have to say that I learned to enjoy cooking, but that was not always the case! To be honest I think my mother still very surprise by the fact that I actually cook!!!! so after over a decade of exploring the intricate world of the culinary arts I have been able to master some different dishes! including some dishes from my parents beloved land...Spain. and also some wonderful recipes from my husband's mother's kitchen (who's Italian) Yummy!!!!
So I want to share with you my recipes, healthy recipes, fast meals or even low cost but delicious meals and of course we must talk about those "get together" times. "Host with the Most"

Aunque me encanta cocinar, debo confersar que no fue ese el caso siempre, de hecho creo que mi madre todavia se sorprende que finalmente aprendiera a cocinar!!, pero luego de mas de una decada explorando el intrincado mundo culinario, he mejorado notablemente.
Es mi intencion compartir esas recetas y que ustedes compartan las suyas!

Gisela yo amo el salmon tambien, si te preocupa el mercurio asegurate de tomar selenium para evitar que el cuerpo lo almacene. Besos Rosi
